Return Policy

HOW TO RETURN WISE WOMAN HERBALS PRODUCTS

For product that you wish to return, please review your request with a Wise Woman Herbals® customer service representative by calling 541-895-5152. We will not accept products without a return authorization, and therefore all returns must receive pre-approval.

Steps for Returns:

  1. Contact Customer Service for a return authorization within 30 days from receipt of goods. 
  2. Choose store credit or refund back to your original payment source.
  3. Repack unopened and sealed items in adequate packaging to prevent shipping damage. Include a copy of your return authorization sheet, provided by Customer Service, for our reference upon receiving.
  4. Ship to us using either UPS or USPS (other carriers may have restrictions on shipping products containing alcohol). Shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise authorized. We will cover cost of return shipping only if the product being returned was shipped in error or is defective.
  5. Items must be received at our facility within 30 days of approved return authorization.

    We do not allow returns on open product. We do not allow returns based on a dislike of flavor. Herbal extracts have a distinct flavor that is not pleasing to all people, therefore this is not a reason for a return. If you have concerns about product quality, however, we absolutely want to know about it and we will do our best to offer a replacement for you.

    Once your return request is approved, repack the products sufficiently to ensure that the bottles will not break during shipping. Return to the following addresses:

    DAMAGED GOODS

    Please report damaged goods immediately. It is important that the original packaging be saved in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier. If you are unable to save original packaging, please take photographs of your damage.
